Jesus G. Perez, 81, of Bay City passed away July 10, 2024.  He was born July 1, 1943 in San Antonio.  He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, and a Die Hard Dallas Cowboys Fan!

He is survived by his wife of 62 years: Maria Perez; 3 sons: Jesse (Joan), John (Nancy), and Jimmy (Dolores); 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; sister: Lydia Garibay; brother: Joe Delgado; numerous nieces/nephews; and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers: John and Jimmy Delgado; and 2 sisters: Maria Elena Rodriguez and Elida Guzman.

The family will receive visitors from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home.  The Rosary will be recited 6:00 PM Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home by Deacon Joe Ramos.  The Mass will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church withy Father Gabriel Espinosa Officiating.  Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be: John Richard Perez Jr., Corando "Corey" Perez, Jimmy Perez Jr., Daniel Perez, Jesse Eric Perez, and Bryan Perez. Honorary pallbearers will be Spencer Perez and Sammy Davalos Jr.
