Zena Beth Billingsley, 46, of Bay City, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2011. She was born November 19, 1964 in Miami, OK to Max William Billingsley and Celestine "Pinkie" Billingsley. Formerly of Miami, OK, she was a resident of Bay City for the past 3 years and worked as a Provider.

She is survived by her daughter: Shelsea Kinsey of Houston; her son: Zachry Kinsey of Bay City; her mother: "Pinkie" Billingsley of Bay City; by a brother: Michael William Billingsley of Wharton; and by one granddaughter. Her father, Max William Billingsley, preceded her in death.

The family will receive visitors from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, June 12, 2011 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, June 13, 2011 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with Bro. Max Pluss officiating. Interment will be held at 4:00 PM Monday, June 13, 2011 at Phillips Cemetery in Travis, Falls County, TX.
