Yolanda Nevarez Aleman, 69, of Bay City passed away February 10, 2021.  She was born June 25, 1951 in Palacios, TX to the late Geronimo Nevarez and Olivia Colunga Nevarez.

Yolanda was a sweet loving and energetic mother to us all and definitely lived life to the fullest. Yolanda was a great grandmother to all her grandbabies who she enjoyed having all the time.Everyone who knew her knew she loved her plants, birds and cats. She loved to bake and most importantly she loved to go to the slots and buy scratch offs. She will be dearly missed and greatly remembered by everyone.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters Elmina Nevarez and Mary Torres and grandchildren Bianca and Veronica Ramirez and Christopher Keith.

Survivors include her husband Jose Carmen Aleman; daughters Rhonda Arrambide, Sandra Marie Arrambide (Ernest Zarate), Michele Arrambide (Guadalupe Rodriquez) and Olivia Noyola (Adam Noyola); son Jose Aleman(Rebecca Perez); sisters Flor Nevarez and Rosalinda Nevarez; brothers Noe Nevarez and Eddie Nevarez; grandchildren Eric Ramirez, Cory Bernal, Chance Zarate, Mercedez Barrera, Sebastian Luera, John Paul Aleman, Jose Angel Aleman, Brennley Aleman, Landon Cantu, Alexander Noyola, Sophia Noyola and Alonzo Noyola and great grandchildren Caydrie Keith, Kourtney Bernal, Ryleigh Zarate and Teegan Barton.

A rosary will be recited at 1:30 PM Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Saturday with Rev. Gabriel Espinosa officiating.  Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Jose Aleman, Ernest Zarate, Adam Noyola, Noe Nevarez, Chance Zarate and Cory Bernal. Honorary Pallbearers will be John Paul Aleman, Jose Angel Aleman, Sebastian Luera, Adam Gonzalez, Guadalupe Rodriquez and Rohnny Barton.
