William C. "Billy" McDowell, 65, of Bay City passed away July 1, 2009. He was born December 24, 1943 to the late Roy William & Martha Lucille Campbell McDowell.
He is survived by his brother & sister-in-law Tony & Debra McDowell of Austin and nephew and niece Wesley Campbell & Melissa Anne McDowell both of Austin.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Friday, July 3, 2009 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
