William E. "Bill" Frontz, 83, of Palacios, Texas was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven on August 28, 2016. Bill was born August 21, 1933 in Wooster, Ohio, to Earland and Heartha (Schenberger) Frontz. As a servant of Jesus Christ, Bill lived his life by example. He enjoyed helping others and served the Bay City Community at one time as a fire chief. He touched the lives of many people with his warm smile and generosity, all the while maintaining his sense of humor. Believing in an excellent work ethic, Bill founded and operated Reddy Emergency Power Company (REPCO, Inc.) for many years. He enjoyed his craft as a master electrician and HVAC contractor; however, his greatest joy was spending time with his family as a loving husband, devoted father, and caring grandfather. He was a true example of an honest leader with dedication, determination, and inspiration.

Bill will forever be remembered by his wife, Me Nguyen Frontz, and his beloved family: William W. Frontz, Randy Frontz, Dion Moore, Thu Thach, Ngoc Duran, Minh Thach, Thom Thach, Matthew Smith, Kristen Smith, Jay Duran Jr., Jason Duran, Giovanna Thach, Xaylan Thach, Karisma Thach, Chloe Thach, Colby Moore, Caleb Moore, Kailin Duran, Blaze Duran, and countless other family members and friends who were blessed to know him.

Friends will be received for visitation on Thursday, September 1st from 4-7 PM at the Palacios Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 2:00 PM Friday, September 2nd, at the Palacios Funeral Home with the Rev. Jared Stillions officiating. Burial will be at the Palacios Cemetery Immediately following services. The pallbearers are: Minh Thach, Thom Thach, Jay Duran, Jay Duran, Jr., Matthew Smith, and Dion Moore. Honorary pallbearers are: William W. Frontz and Randy Frontz.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Palacios Community Medical Center, Citizens Medical Center, Dr. Fabian Espinosa, Dr. Robin Adams, Dr. Juan Llompart, and the exceptional nurses: Roberta, Julie, Jared, Brittney, and Kenna who cared for Bill during his final days.
