Wilburn Howard Heller, 83, of Markham passed away November 8, 2023.  He was born December 23, 1939 to the late Wilburn Ben Heller and Laverne Smith Heller.

Wilburn was raised in Markham and attended Tidehaven.  After graduating he went into the Army.  He then started working at Celanese and retired from there after 34 years.

He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends.  He especially loved gardening and sharing his garden with all his neighbors and friends.  He also enjoyed spending time at the Blessing American Legion.  What he lacked in relatives, he made up for in friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Henry Heller.

Survivors include his daughter Stephanie Heller and Colton Baker and grandchildren Kyra Hudgins and Neely Heller.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Nichols Street Church of Christ.  Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM with Chris Webber officiating.

We want to express a special Thank You to his caregiver Sissy Plunkett, his good friend, Joe Ybarra and everyone at the blessing American Legion.

Following the service, everyone is welcomed to come to the American Legion in Blessing for food, drink and a celebration of his life.
