Virginia Louise Hall (JENILU) was born to Hattie Louise Baer Hall and Chalmer Hall on May 19, 1950 in Bay City, Tx She went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 22, 2025 at the age of 74.

Jenilu was a special person that lived a challenging but very happy life. She attended Bay City schools while growing up and lived her whole life with her family. She loved them all dearly.

In her younger years she loved visiting the Edith Armstrong Center and enjoyed doing the activities they offered. She was a very loving and affectionate person to one and all. If you were a friend, you were a friend for life. She never forgot anything or anyone. Anytime she saw someone she knew she showered them with hugs at least 9 or 10 before she was done. She had a deep love for any and all animals. She could keep herself busy for hours coloring and making bracelets for herself and anyone else she was around. She loved listening to music (and knew the words to every song). She often danced to her favorite songs when she heard them. Her favorite colors were purple and lime green. She made sure her clothes and jewelry matched those colors. She loved spending time outside swinging. She spent many happy hours on the swing listening to her music.

Jenilu was proceeded in death by her brother Marc Baer Hall, her mother Hattie Louise Baer Hall, and her father Chalmer Hall. She is survived by her sister Ruth Ann Hall Taylor, Carolyn Sue (Suzy) Hall Walters (Jim) her brother Arthur Baer (Teddy) Hall. Nieces Vicki Lyne Norris and Reagan Hall Vadell. Nephews Jim Norris (Doris), Keith Walters (Heather), Steve Fry (Dianne), Christopher Hall (Sydney). Great Niece Britney Lawrence. Great Nephews Marc Walters (Zee), Asher Walters and James, Justin and Jacob Norris. She is also survived by many cousins in the Baer and Hall families.
