Vidala O. Jalomo, 87, of Bay City passed away December 18, 2015. She was born March 9, 1928 in Palacios, TX to the late Lupe Ochoa and Carmen Lopez Ochoa.

She was preceded in death by her husband Timoteo Jalomo. Survivors include daughters Susie Mendez of Sweeny, Rosie Rivera of Palacios, Mary White of Washington State, Emilia Jalomo of Bay City, Mary Esther Jalomo of Bay City, Maria Bass of Van Vleck, Deana George of Bay City and Eva Lopez of Freeport; sons Jimmie Garcia of San Benito, Eddie Jalomo of Baytown, Timoteo Jalomo, Jr. of Bay City and Guadalupe Jalomo of Bay City; sister Lillie Robles of Houston; brothers Junior Longoria of Houston and Charlie Longoria of Palacios; 44 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

A rosary will be recited at 6:00 PM Monday, December 21, 2015 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Msgr. Gerry Cernoch officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe Mendez, Jalomo Ramirez, Mark Jalomo, Weedy Ramirez, John Paul Jalomo and A. J. Jalomo.
