Obituary
Velma Pauline LeJune, 87, of Bay City passed away June 25, 2009. She was born September 12, 1921 in Yoakum, TX to the late Si & Idelle Burgess West. She was a life member of the VFW Post 2438 Ladies Auxiliary.
One son George Nichols and grandson Matthew Eklund preceded her in death. Survivors include daughter Barbara Holloway of Brazoria; sons Jack LeJune & Thomas Nichols both of Houston; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held 5pm to 7pm Saturday at the funeral home. Graveside Services will be Sunday, June 28, 2009 at Roselawn Memorial Park with Rev. Lane Pardue officiating.
