Vallie Rose Westbrook, 99, of Sugar Valley, passed away March 21, 2019. She was born November 10, 1919 in Collegeport, TX to Frank L. and Salomie Lewis Swinford.

Vallie is preceded in death by her parents; husband I.J. "Mike" Westbrook and son John N. Cole, Jr. She is survived by daughter Carol Earnest and husband Bruce of Fort Worth, and son Terrence Westbrook and wife Tammy of Sugar Valley.

The family will receive friends and relatives beginning at 10:00am Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at First Baptist Church Van Vleck. Services will follow visitation at 11:00am at the church. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck. Pall bearers are Terrence Westbrook, Randy Jernigan, Bruce Earnest, Jim Earnest, Curtis Dykes and Pat Keenon. Honorary pallbearers are Rosser Cole and Don Reed.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to First Baptist Church Van Vleck Building Fund, or the charity or your choice.
