Obituary

Tyler Anthony Farrar went to be with the Lord Sunday night, March 11, 2007. Tyler was born in Columbus, Georgia and passed away at MD Anderson in Houston. He is survived by: parents, Terry and Dianne Farrar of Bay City and sister Brittney Farrar of Waco. Other surviving relatives include grandparents, Frances Hummel of Angleton, Ted and Lorena Farrar of Holly Lakes, Texas, Sonja Hummel of Sugar Land, Kenny and Tonya Hummel of Angleton, Wayne and Jane Farrar of Keller and several cousins.

He was recently preceded in death by his grandfather, Jimmy Wayne Hummel of Angleton.

Tyler loved God, sports, his friends and family. He was a very active member of the First Baptist Church youth group. He sang solos in the choir and attended many mission trips with the group. He was a three year letterman for the Bay City Blackcats football team. Two of those letters were earned while he was fighting cancer. Tyler was a very loving person. He cared for others much more than he cared for himself. We know he spends eternity in heaven with God.
