Travis Jerome Hadash, 46 of Van Vleck, passed away Friday, May 9, 2008. He was born September 3, 1961 in Wharton, TX to Melba Louise Hargett and Jerome Hadash. He was a resident of Van Vleck for the past 8 years, a member of the Baptist church, and a General Foreman for HP Zachary Company.

He is survived by his daughter: Tara Renee Hadash Davis & husband Wesley of East Bernard; his sons: Derrik Wade Hadash and Dillon Jerome Hadash of Van Vleck; his mother: Melba Bledsoe of Van Vleck; his father: Jerome Hadash of Wharton; sisters: Janet Lynne Hartwell of Kingwood and Sandra Jones of Angleton; brothers: Kenneth Hadash of Katy and Kyle Hadash of Spring; grandchildren: Hayden Wesley Davis and Andrew Jerome Brangan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Chester Sassman officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park in Wharton, TX. Pallbearers include William Jones, Jeffrey Jones, Bradley Jones, Jerry Manning, Dean Macek, Ryan Hadash, Alan Wittig, and James Lee Perry.
