Timoteo G. Zustaita, 56 of Bay City, passed away Friday, July 7, 2006 at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX. He was born January 24, 1950 in Dolores Hidalgo Guanajuato, Mexico to Refugio Zustaita and Maria Gutierrez Zustaita. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Bay City, and he was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife: Juana Rubio Zustaita of Bay City; his sons: Jose Zustaita and Dario Zustaita, both of Bay City; his daughters: Carmen Zustaita of Bay City, Estela Rubio of Francitas, Marta Moreno of Blessing, Cecilia Zustaita, Magdalena Zustaita, Maria Zustaita and Elena Zustaita, all of Bay City; by his brother: Felipe Zustaita of Dolores Guanajuato, Mexico; his sisters: Rufina, Maria Elena, Manuela, and Matilde Zustaita all of Dolores Guanajuato, Mexico and Virginia Palomares of Blessing, TX; and by six grandchildren: Luis, Paola and Christy Rubio and Karla and Manuel Moreno and Alex Zustaita.

The Rosary will be recited at 8:00 PM Monday, July 10, 2006 at the Taylor Bros. Funeral Chapel. The Funeral Mass will be held at 4:00 PM Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Rev. Gerry Cernoch officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City, TX.
