Thomas Joseph Kocurek, 73, of Palacios, passed away March 13, 2025. He was born in Palacios, TX on March 28, 1951 to Paul and Dorothy Shimek Kocurek.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers David and Richard Kocurek. He leaves behind his wife Debra Lynn Leavitt Kocurek; daughters Christy Kocurek, Nicole Brown and Jessica (Kyle) Bailey; granddaughter Taylor Dougherty; sisters Deborah (Glen) Barnett, Margaret (Fred) Pena, Angelina (Isidro) Castanon, and Melissa (Mike) Brown; brothers Jerome (Jackie) Kocurek, Andrew (Theresa) Kocurek, Timothy Kocurek, Patrick (Linda) Kocurek, Christopher (Ana) Kocurek; sister-in-law Rita Kocurek, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The Rosary will be at 9:15 AM Tuesday, March 18, 2025 followed by Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Palacios.   A reception will follow for friends and family.
