Terry Ray Darnell, 74, formerly of Bay City passed away May 26, 2024.  He was born October 24, 1949 in Corpus Christi, Texas to the late Coye Ray Darnell and Margaret Louise Hall Darnell.

Survivors include his sister Margaret Jurek and husband Louis, nephews Neil Jurek and wife Courtney and Jason Jurek and wife Melissa; great nephew Reid Jurek and great niece Abigail Jurek.

Terry attended school at the Edith Armstrong Center.  His sister, Margaret, was his caregiver for thirty years.  He loved riding his bike, taking great care of his yard, wearing his hats and wearing the colors orange and yellow.  He also loved to joke with others and was always playing pranks.

He was a loving brother and always made sure his siter was doing well.  He will be greatly missed.

Graveside services will be at 2:30 PM Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck with Rev. Louis Rush officiating.
