Tece Parker, 85, of Bay City, Texas, passed away August 25, 2018. She was born June 9, 1933 in Pledger, Texas to Abe M. Stevens and Myrtle A. Stevens.

She enjoyed fishing, gardening, camping, cooking, and spending time with family.

She is preceded in death by both parents; the love of her life John Parker; brothers Frank Stevens, Jack Stevens, Ned and wife Naomi Stevens, and brother-in-law J.T. Parker and wife Helen Parker.

She is survived by son Gary Parker of Lake Jackson, and daughter Donna Schultz and husband Danny Schultz. She was especially proud of her grandchildren Britt Mars and wife Brooke Mars and soon to arrive in October baby Makena, granddaughters Kristin Mars, Heather Berland and husband Todd Berland and children Kai and Ace Berland. She is also survived by brother Abe Stevens and wife Charlotte; sisters-in-law Margaret Stevens and Magdalena Stevens. She has numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm Thursday, August 30 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Bay City. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, August 31, 2018 at 10:00 am at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City.
