Susan Ellen White Coston was called home by her Savior on Saturday, August 4, 2018. Susan was born on November 16,1959 in Farmington, New Mexico to C.P. and Mary White. She is survived by her mother, Mary Mosley White; her loving husband of 37 years, Beau Coston, and her children, Cody Coston (Shellie), Nicole Harpster (Jeremiah), Johnny Coston (Nicki) and stepson, Beau Smith (Brittany). Grandchildren McKenna, Easton and McKinley Harpster, Sophia and C.J. Coston and Beau (Jr.), Kason and Annabella Smith as well as Riley Ward whom she loved as her granddaughter. She was born into a large loving family that includes her four surviving sisters, Cynthia Lartigue, Rebecca Bellard, Laura Williams and Donna Bone (Tommy). Survivors also include her husband's siblings: Pattie Poole, Margie Nixon, Norma Luton, Vicki Morrison and Donnie Taylor.
Waiting to welcome Susan for her homecoming are those loved ones that have gone on before her, including all her grandparents, her dad, C.P. White, her two brothers, David White and John C. White as well as her baby girl, Brandi Michelle.
Susan's warm laughter and smile will be missed by so many, she had a giver's heart and was always ready to help when she could. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, mother in law, Nonny, daughter, sister and aunt. The family takes comfort knowing she is with her Lord and was greeted at Heaven's Gate by those who went on before her.
Those given the honor of serving as pallbearers are John White, Travis White, Johnny Coston, Cody Coston, Jason Bellard, Jamie Rhodes, Robert Poole and Gentry Poole. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers are Reagan Dalme, Beau Smith Jr., Charles Smith, Marty Lartigue, Christopher Bone, Justin Bone, Robert Lartigue and Blake Williams.
There will be a viewing on Thursday, August 9 from 5-7 p.m. with the funeral services on Friday, August 10, 2018 at 10 a.m. Both the viewing and the funeral will be held at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home located at 2313 Ave. I, Bay City, Texas 77414. The family has asked that if you plan on attending the service to wear purple in honor of Susan, as it was her favorite color.
