Sloan Jackson "S.J." Ross was born October 18, 2019 in Bay City, TX to Blaine Thomas Ross and Shelby Renee Ross. He passed from this life on October 22, 2019.

Survivors include his parents Blaine and Shelby Ross; maternal grandparents Teresa & Stuart Wilson, Kirk Poff and Angie Shaw; paternal grandparents Sharilyn & Darron Ross; great grandparents Donald & Sandra Law, Patsy & Bob Mahone and Pat Wilson; aunts Jordan Ross, Khloe Duhon and Angela Stewart and uncles Shae Krauskopf and Cody Shaw.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Sunday, October 27, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church in Van Vleck with Rev. Kenny Carter officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Dakota Pietsch and Jacob Zemanek will serve as pallbearers.
