Shirley Kaye Franklin, 60, of Tyler, TX passed away Friday, December 16, 2005 in Tyler, TX. She was born November 3, 1945 in Bay City, TX to the late John and Nola Harris Kinard. Mrs. Franklin had been a long time resident of Bay City before moving to Tyler 2 years ago. She also attended the First Pentecostal Church of Bay City, and worked as a Clerk for the City of Bay City.
Survivors include husband: Richard Blundell of Tyler; Son & daughter-in-law: Jeff & Kami Blundell of Anadarko, OK; and 2 grandchildren. Mrs. Franklin was preceded in death by her parents, and 1 grandson: Noah Franklin.
