Sheila Taylor of Palacios passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. Sheila was born in San Antonio on September 16, 1949 to the late Kenneth and Sandra Jan Ford Miller.

She was an avid fisherman, and loved remodeling homes with her partner, husband Robert. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother—an extremely family oriented person. She also loved to cook for her family and experimenting with new recipes.

Sheila is survived by her loving family, daughters Ruby Alexander, Jennifer Earnhardt, son, James Earnhardt; grandchildren, Tara Tanner, Mackenzie Alexander, and numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Theresia A. Allen, brother Kenneth Everett Miller Jr., and loving best friend Cheryl Yeamans. She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Robert Daniel Taylor.

Graveside services will be 2:00pm Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the Palacios Cemetery in Palacios, TX. Pallbearers are Kyle Tanner, Micah Glover, Joe Clardy, Garrett Wendel, Tommy Whitehead, and Doug Yeamans. Honorary Pallbearer is Kenneth Everett Miller Jr.
