Sharon Kaye Manke Hernandez, 52, of Markham passed away Easter Sunday, April 12, 2009 at her home. She was born July 28, 1956 in Milwaukee Wisconsin to the late Raymond and Brynece Ulm Manke. Sharon had been a resident of Markham for the past 32 years.

She is survived be her husband of 36 years: Benito Hernandez Jr. of Markham; daughter& son-in-law: Pricilla Hernandez & Jimmy Duran; son & daughter-in-law: Ben & Delores Denise Hernandez; 2 sisters: Pearl Manke Baars and Shelly Manke Saxby both of Milwaukee Wisconsin; 2 brothers: Dennis and Larry Manke both of Milwaukee Wisconsin; step-brother: Charles Manke of Brownsville; 5 grandchildren: Damian Jordan, and Celera Hernandez, Chelsea Mariah and Ben Marquis, and Myra Duran. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, and brother: Delbert Manke.

A prayer service will be held 7:30 PM Thursday, April 16, 2009 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Friday, April 17, 2009 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Aguilar officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be: Ben M. Hernandez, Dennis Manke, Mark Anthony Ramirez, Ray Huerta, James Longoria, and Jimmy Tagle Duran. Donations can be made to the charity of choice.
