Sarah Ann Beekman, 28, has passed away at her home in Pearland, TX. She was born January 16, 1987 in Webster, TX to Thomas Russell and LaPaula Cooke Beekman.

She had a passion for art, a love for animals, and was an amazing chef. Her spirit was one of kind and left traces of herself everywhere she went.

Sarah is survived by her parents; brother Joshua Warren Morse; grandmother Betty Cooke of Bay City, TX; grandparents John Russell "Russ" and Katherine Beekman of Sparks, NV; aunts Elizabeth B. Smith, Valerie Keith and Mary Ann Cooke; uncle Larry Cooke; nieces Sparrow and Piper Morse; cousins Jennifer Keith, Patrick Cooke, Cohen Cooke, Tawney, Steven, Ashley, Matthew and Conner Smith. She is preceded in death by uncles Jason Beekman and Patrick Cooke.

The family will receive visitors from 2:00-4:00pm Sunday, July 19 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Monday July 20, 2015 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Bay City, TX. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck, TX. Pallbearers are Joshua W. Morse, Mary Ann Cooke, David Miller, Breyton Roberson, Tom Beekman, Nathan Ruiz and Madison Ivy. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your local SPCA or the charity of your choice.
