Santos Suniga Estrada, 89, of Pasadena, TX passed away peacefully April 1, 2008, surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 13, 1919 in Victoria, TX to the late Camarino & Hila Garcia Suniga. She had been a parishioner of St. Pius V Catholic Church in Pasadena since 1972.

She was preceded in death by her husband Antonio Estrada; son Jose Alfredo Estrada; sisters Margarita S. Morales & Mamie S. Zboral & brother Victor Suniga.

She is survived by daughters Janie Castillo of El Campo; Curzita Ortega & husband Joe of Houston; Delia Castillo & husband Teodoro of Pasadena; Lydia Tabares of Pasadena & Rosita Perez & husband Roberto of Houston; daughter-in-law Debra Estrada of Burlington, IA; sons Rey Estrada & wife Frances of Pasadena; Tony Estrada & wife Mary of Bay City; Cristobel Z. Estrada of Lake Jackson & Daniel Estrada & wife Michelle of Clute. Her numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren knew her as "Little Granny". She was their love and inspiration. She is also survived by brother Tiodoro Suniga & sisters Guadalupe Magnia & Fustina Zboral all of Bay City and Thomasita Pacheco & husband Lalo of Four Oaks, NC.

A rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Mass will be 10:00 AM Friday, April 4, 2008 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Rev. Gerry Cernoch officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck. Pallbearers will be Ted Castillo, Robert Perez, Richard Garza, Benny Castillo, Tony Estrada & Chris Estrada.
