Salvador Rodriguez, 78, of Bay City passed away July 13, 2022.  He was born August 4, 1943 in Mexico.

He was preceded in death by one son, Jose Guillermo Rodriguez.

Survivors include his wife Nicolasa Sierra Rodriguez; daughters Mayra Ramirez (Francisco), Lorena Cardenas (Fabian), Adriana Corona (Antonio), Veronica Rodriguez, Angelica Rodriguez and Irma Rodriguez (Adrian); sons Manuel Rodriguez (Agustina), Jose Salvador Rodriguez (Irene), Juan Carlos Rodriguez, Baltazar Vega (Angie) and Javier Romero (Rita); 32 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Monday, July 18, 2022 at the Palacios Funeral Home; 701 First St.; Palacios, TX 77465.  A rosary will be recited at 1:30 PM Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.  Funeral Mass will be at 2:00 PM with Rev. Gabriel Espinosa officiating.  Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Fernando Perez, Christian Cardenas, Carlos Vega and Noe Sierra Jr, J. R. Romero, Alex Carreon, Manuel Rodriguez, Juan Carlos Rodriguez, Jose Salvador Rodriguez, Baltazar Vega, Javier Romero.
