Ruby Faye "Hot Rod Ruby" Meadows, 83, passed away Oct. 1, 2011. She was born December 17, 1927 in Wharton County to the late Lee Smart & Tasca Christmas Smart. She was preceded in death by her husband C. B. Meadows. She is survived by her daughter Helen Meadows and her granddaughter Toni Jo Manzella. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Private interment will be held at a later date.
