Ruby Lee Fink, 69, of Bay City passed away June 30, 2018. She was born September 8, 1948 in East Bernard, TX to the late Jerry and Rosie Kasmir.
Survivors include her husband Howard F. Fink of Bay City; nephew Gary McSweeney and his wife Pam of Lake Jackson and her faithful caregiver Gilbert Ramirez of Bay City.
