Roy Wayne "Bill" Sanders, Jr. 62, of Galveston, TX died October 17, 2005 at his residence. He was born April 27, 1943 in Pauls Valley, OK to Roy Wayne, Sr and Mila Frances Smith Sanders. He was a resident of Galveston the past 22 years, a member of the Baptist Church, and was a musician.
Survivors include: parents: Roy & Mila Sanders, Sr of Bay City, TX; sister: Debra Saffell of Baytown; and nephew: Larry Sims of Spring, TX. He was preceded in death by his sister Mila Beth Sims.
Graveside Funeral Service was held 11:00 AM Thursday at Cedarvale Cemetery with Rev. Mike Zimmerman officiating. Arrangements with Taylor Bros. Funeral Home.
