Rosemary Harvey, 78, of Blessing passed away March 20, 2016. She was born October 15, 1937 in Matagorda County to the late Jerry George Orsak and Mary Vacek Orsak.

She was preceded in death by her brother Leo Orsak. Survivors include her husband of 58 years Gaylon Harvey, daughter Debbie Benrud of Pearland, son Tim Harvey & wife Frances of Blessing, grandchildren Lee Harvey & wife Martha, Stephen Benrud, Kendall Benrud, Crystal Harvey Tumlinson and husband Matt, Jessica Harvey, and great grandchildren Taylor Harvey, Brooke Harvey and Benjamin Tumlinson.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 5PM until 7PM Wednesday at the Palacios Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, March 24, 2016 at the funeral home with James Collins officiating. Interment will follow at Hawley Cemetery in Blessing. Pallbearers will be nephews Chris Harvey, Kevin Harvey, Toby Harvey, Tyson Harvey, Bobby Taylor, Allen Schulman, Phil Neuszer, and grandson inlaw Matt Tumlinson.
