Rosemary K. Colvin, 82, of Bay City passed away Friday, September 16, 2005 at her home in Bay City. She was born November 5, 1922 in Sullivan, IL to the late Frank Prior and Maude Marie Rose Kirk. Mrs. Colvin was a former resident of Groves for 47 years, a resident of Bay City for the past ten years and was a member of the Nichols St. Church of Christ in Bay City.

Survivors include: daughter & son-in-law: Suzanne & William Beaver of Bay City; 2 sons & daughters-in-law: Douglas Lee & Sherry Colvin of Port Lavaca and Walter Jack & Leandra Colvin of Groves, TX; sister: Laverna Schmidt of Pueblo, CO; brother: Jack LeRoy Kirk of Red Feather Lake, CO; 14 Grandchildren; and 17 great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband: Vance Elvin Colvin; sisters: Norma Dalton and Violet Fleming; and brother: Robert Kirk.

Funeral Service will be held 4:00 PM Sunday, September 18, 2005 at the Nichols St. Church of Christ with Brother Joe Wrape officiating. Interment will be held 2:00 PM Monday, September 19, 2005 at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, TX.
