Rosa Lee Rodriguez Triana, 53 of Houston, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2009 in Houston, TX. She was born May 16, 1955 in Raymondville, TX to Rogerio G. Rodriguez, Sr. and Maria Guadalupe Martinez Rodriguez. Formerly of Bay City, she was a resident of Houston for the past 30 years. She was a Registered Nurse and worked for the Harris County Hospital District, Ben Taub Hospital in Houston, was a member of St. Albert of Trapani Catholic Church of Houston, and was a member of LULAC Council # 4655 of Lake Jackson.

She is survived by her parents: Roy G. and Lupita Rodriguez of Bay City; by her husband: Jorge Triana of Houston; her sisters: Ruby Ruiz and Yolanda DeLeon of Freeport, TX and Pearl Trevino of Van Vleck; and her brothers: Johnny Rodriguez of Eunice, LA, Roy Rodriguez of Bay City, TX, and Wally Rodriguez of Arcola, TX. She was preceded in death by her brother: Benjamin Rodriguez: and her niece Marei B. Ortiz.

The Rosary will be held at 4:30 PM Saturday, April 18, 2009 at the funeral home. A Prayer Service will be held at 6:30 PM Saturday, April 18, 2009 at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be held at 2:30 PM Sunday, April 19, 2009 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Rev. Gerry Cernoch officiating. The Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City. Pallbearers will be Johnny Rodriguez, Roy Rodriguez, Jr., Wally Rodriguez, Jesus Ortiz, Jr., Vinny DeLeon and Gus Triana, Jr.
