Robert Losoya, Jr., 62, of Palacios, Texas, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026. He was born on January 15, 1964, in Wharton, Texas, to Robert M. Losoya, Sr., and Delfina Perez Losoya.

Robert grew up with a love of rock and roll, dirt bikes, motorcycles and fast cars! He was employed with Dow Chemical where he thoroughly enjoyed his job as an instrument technician. He found relaxation in Sunday cruising, alongside the love of his life, Karen. He will always be remembered for being the grill master for family gatherings, where he easily expressed his talent and love!

He is survived by his wife, Karen Losoya; parents, Robert and Delfina Losoya; son, Justin Losoya; grandson, Nathan Losoya; brothers, John Losoya and Randy Losoya; sister, Kimberly Longoria.

The family will receive relatives and friends for visitation from 9:00-10:00 am Friday, February 20, 2026, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Palacios. The Holy Rosary will be recited at 9:30 am and Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 am with Rev. Eliecer Patiño officiating. Interment will follow at Palacios Cemetery. Pallbearers for Robert will be Justin Losoya, Nathan Losoya, John Losoya, Randy Losoya, Mark Longoria, and Mario Rodriguez.
