Robert J. Dziuk Sr. 83 years old of Bay City, Texas departed on February 17, 2023, to be with the Lord. He was born January 16 ^th , 1940, in Falls City, Texas to the late Ben and Agnus Dziuk, He was also preceded in death by his brother Richard Dziuk and nephew Keith Diver.

On June 16 ^th , 1961, he married the love of his life Helen Dziuk of Kosciusko, Texas. He later became the father of 3 children. This year Robert and Helen would be celebrating their 61 ^st wedding anniversary. He spent most of his career working for Celanese Chemical Plant as an Analyzer Mechanic. He retired with over 30 years of service. Robert was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather and loved his family with his whole heart. He enjoyed reminiscing and sharing his knowledge, while instilling his love of the beach and fishing in each one of his children and grandchildren.

Robert is survived by his beautiful and loving wife, Helen Dziuk of Bay City, son Robert J Dziuk Jr. of Bay City, daughter Stacy Attaway (Bret) of Bay City, and son Jeffrey W. Dziuk (Becky) of Sugar Land. He is survived by his wonderful grandchildren which he adored Tyler Attaway (Jacy) of Bay City, Meagan Attaway of San Marcos, Michael Dziuk of Sugar Land, Rachel Dziuk of Sugar Land, and Sarah Attaway of Bay City. He also loved his great grand pups Poncho and Lola of Bay City. Robert is survived by brothers and sister Eugene Dziuk (Marie), Ronnie Dziuk (Marian), and Bernadette Diver (Bobby) and all his nieces and nephews.

Robert Dziuk had a very strong faith throughout the course of his life. A special thank you to Susan Carr and Bettye Jo Lowry for helping him practice his faith in the later part of his life.

The family will receive friends and relatives at Holy Cross Church on Saturday, February 25 ^th , 2023, at 9:00am. The Rosary will be recited at 9:30am at Holy Cross Church. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am with Father Stephen Vacek officiating at Holy Cross Catholic Church at 2001 Katy Avenue, Bay City, Texas. Interment will immediately follow at Cedar Vale Cemetery in Bay City. Pallbearers are Tyler Attaway, Michael Dziuk, Bret Attaway, Howard Clements Jr., Michael Karl, and Wesley Hoelscher. Honorary pallbearers are Meagan Attaway, Rachel Dziuk, Sarah Attaway, Jacy Attaway and Brooke Richards.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Holy Cross Catholic School, or Holy Cross Catholic Church in Robert's memory.
