Robert Milton Biggerstaff, 72, of Bay City, passed away Saturday May 13, 2006. He was born April 25, 1934 in Avery County, NC to Melvin Gordon Biggerstaff and Winnie Juanita Wise Biggerstaff. He was a resident of Bay City since 1983, a US Army veteran, and a mechanic and owner of Griggs Transmission Service in Bay City.

He is survived by his wife: Margaret Jane Reynolds Biggerstaff, his sons: Chris Biggerstaff and Todd Reynolds, all of Bay City; by his sisters: Carma Lee Henderson of Ashville, NC, Jackie Manning of Matthews, NC, Florence Smith of Kingsport, TN, Marion Woodie of Jonas Ridge, NC, Yvonne Walker of Adams Run, SC, Joyce Abernathy of Ft. Myers, FL and Jean Catanzaro of Bloomington, NC; by his brother: Buddy Biggerstaff of Bay City; and 6 grandchildren.
