Ricky Acuna, 36, of Bay City, passed away Monday, June 8, 2009 at his home. He was born February 4, 1973 in Bay City to Martin Acuna, Sr. and Josie Magnia Acuna. He was a life long resident of Bay City and a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Bay City.

He is survived by his mother, Josie Acuna of Bay City; his sisters: Linda Salas of Bay City and Josephine Delgado of Blessing; and his brothers: Martin Acuna, Jr. of Van Vleck and Paul Acuna of Bay City. He was preceded in death by his father; Martin Acuna, Sr. and his brother: Steve Acuna.

The Rosary will be held at 7:00 PM Friday, June 12, 2009 at the Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, in Bay City, with Rev. Gerry Cernoch officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck. Pallbearers will be Danny Salas, Jesse Delgado, Jimmy Leal, Joe Angel Delgado, Joseph Delgado and Jacob Montalvo.
