Ricky Ray "Rick" Parsons, 66, of Brazoria passed away September 28, 2022.  He was born January 12, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Johnny Ray Parsons and Violet Johnson Parsons.  He was a life-time member of the Ironworker's Local #84.

Left to mourn his memory are Karen his wife of 42 years; stepsons Joey (Jill) Kacal and Michael Kacal of Brazoria; sister Kristal Parsons of Myrtle Beach, SC; Aunt Judy Parsons of Kingston, OH; Uncle Johnny Johnson of Lauraville, OH and numerous nieces and a nephew.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister Kim Parsons and brother Randy Parsons.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 1, 2022 at the First Pentecostal Church; 700 Ave I; Bay City, TX led by Dr. Marvin Moore and Rev. Danny Aber.  Interment will follow at the Sweeny Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Oliver Irwin, Danny Wolfe, Walter Marley, Paul Bickham, Rev. Danny Aber, and Ron Almy.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Larry Oliver, Steve Rinehart, Luther Vincent, Rev. Murry Ray, and Dustin Rinehart.
