Reyes Vargas, Jr. passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2010 in Houston. He was born on January 12, 1970 in Mexico to Reyes and Bernardina Mendoza Mendoza Vargas, Sr. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years Laura Martinez Vargas; by his mother, Bernardina Mendoza Mendoza; by his daughters, Stephanie Vargas and Alexa Vargas; by his son, Reyes Vargas, lll, by his sisters, Adelina Vargas, Magdelena Vargas, Gloria Vargas, and Leticia Vargas; by his brothers, Salvador Vargas, Daniel Vargas, Roberto Vargas, Guillermo Vargas , Fidel Vargas and Antonio Vargas. Reyes if preceded in death by his father, Reyes Vargas Sr. Visitation was from 2;00p.m. to 9:00 P.M. Friday, at the funeral home with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Bay City with Fr. Jerry Cernoch celebrant. Rite of committal will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery.
