Raymond Garcia, Sr., 50, of Bay City passed away August 30, 2021.  He was born March 28, 1971 in Houston, TX to Samuel Garcia, Jr. and Josie Lopez Garcia.  Raymond was a man of many talents, repair and remodels of homes, vehicle repairs, and down to his much loved shrimp and crawfish boils. He was a man who many called upon for help when it was needed. He enjoyed fishing, old school vehicles, and being around his grandkids. Although many mourn his leaving, he also leaves many memories to many loved ones to be cherished for many years to come.

He was preceded in death by his mother Josie Garcia and brothers Samuel Garcia III and Javier Garcia.  Survivors include his wife Sarah Trevino Garcia; father Samuel Garcia, Sr.; Son Raymond Garcia, Jr. (Ada); daughters Amy Camacho (Chon), Mary Ellen Trevino and Isabel Morales; sister Rose Mary Kinman; brothers Roel Garcia and George Garcia and several grandchildren whom he loved and spoiled very much.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM with Pastor Janie Jo Lopez officiating.  Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.  Pallbearers will be Joe Davalos, Alex Estrada, Aaron Chambers, Jonathan Chino, Arthur Hampton, Eli Cortinas and Jesse Saldana.
