Rachael Nicole Ruiz, 27, of Bay City passed away December 29, 2013. She was born April 28, 1986 in Ionia, Michigan to Gary Lee Burns and Donna Cartwright Burns. She taught school at Matagorda ISD.
Rachael was a strong and loving mother to her children.
