Phillip Thomas Graves passed away June 16, 2020. He was born January 28, 2014 in Bay City to Sarah Jean Crawford and Jacob Santos Graves.

He is survived by his parents; his sister Alyssa Lillian Graves; grandparents Cecilia "Touche" Wise, Sean and Katie Crawford, Melissa Bridgewater and Celia Wise as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members who all loved him so much.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Funeral service be at 10:00 AM with Matt Springfield officiating.
