Obituary
Pete H. Rodriguez, Jr., 65, of Bay City passed away Nov. 23, 2008. He was born June 12, 1943 in Biloxi, Mississippi to the late Pete H. Rodriguez, Sr. & Clara Ochoa Silvas Rodriguez. He served in the US Army during Vietnam; was a life long resident of Bay City; a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and a member of Phillip H. Parker VFW Post 2438.
His brothers Jimmy & Ramiro Rodriguez preceded him in death. Survivors include daughter Renee Rodriguez-Arguello & husband John of Houston; son Pete H. Rodriguez III of Houston and grandsons Jonathan Arguello & John Arguello II.
A rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM Monday, Dec. 1, 2008 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2008 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with Rev. Gerry Cernoch officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City. Pallbearers will be Anthony Jiminez, Pete Perez, Sam Perez, Stanley Ybarra, Joe Munoz and Daniel Pena.
