Pedro "Popi" Guia, Jr., 45, of Bay City, passed away July 11, 2018. He was born November 26, 1972 in Houston, TX to Pedro Guia, Sr. and Juanita Valdez Guia.

He always had a smile, and loved making everyone happy. He enjoyed listening to music and dancing.

Popi is preceded in death by his mother Juanita, and grandparents Crisanto Guia, and Angelina and Aristeo Pulido.. He is survived by his father Pedro Guia, Sr.; sisters Lupe Collins and JoAnn Lule; brother Anthony Guia, Sr., and grandmother Herminia Guia.

The family will receive friends and relatives beginning at 11:00am Saturday July 14, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. The Rosary will be recited at 12:30pm., at the church, followed by the funeral Mass at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck. Pallbearers are Linc Bloomfield, Trey Cruz, Joe Ramirez, Thomas Lule, Robert Pops Cruz and Allen Rolland.
