Paula Jean Wyatt Morey, 63, of Port Lavaca passed away October 12, 2019. She was born September 2, 1956 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the late Paul Eugene Pitcock and Georgia Charlene Rutledge Pitcock.

Paula was the former Executive Director of the Palacios Housing Authority and loved helping with the Palacios Operation Santa.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband James Paul Wyatt, Jr. and her brother Terry Lee Pitcock.

Survivors include her husband Michael Morey; sons John Paul Wyatt, James Eugene Wyatt & wife Christina Nicole Wyatt and Devin Alan Wyatt; twin sister Pamela Sue Larcom and grandchildren Noah Hunter Wyatt, Tyler Paul Wyatt, Colton James Wyatt and Andrew Wyatt.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 5PM until 7PM Friday, October 18, 2019 at the Palacios Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, October 19, 2019 at the Palacios Funeral Home with Rev. Louis Rush and Devin Alan Wyatt officiating. Interment will follow at the Palacios Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Harris, Robbie Curtis, John Paul Wyatt, James Eugene Wyatt, Devin Alan Wyatt and Glenn Larcom. Hubert Harper and Chris Larcom will serve as honorary pallbearers.
