Patricia "Pat" McIntosh, 77 passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2013. Pat was born on August 26, 1935 in Marlborough, Massachusetts to the late Armand and Teresa Mayes Boulay Sr. Pat worked for many years caring for people as a Registered Nurse.

She is survived by her children; Timothy McIntosh, Karen Garza, Laurie Vargas, Matthew McIntosh; ten grandchildren and nine Great-grandchildren; 4 sisters, three brothers and numerous other loving relatives. Preceded in death by her husband, Everett McIntosh, four brothers.

Funeral service 2:00P.M. Saturday, May 18, 2013 at the Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with Bishop Chris Bischoff officiating. Burial to follow at Cedarvale Cemetery. Visitation from 5-7:00P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers are Josh Gordon, Chris McIntosh, Buzz Vargas, Jacob Gordon, Mike McIntosh, Jonathan Gordon, Burr Vargas, and Andrew Vargas.
