Patricia Evelyn Cowger, 77, of Markham, passed away January 15, 2019. She was born May 6, 1941 in Bay City, TX to Harry James Cowger and Grace Evelyn Schulte Cowger.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, and brother George Edward Cowger. She is survived by sisters Janie Cowger, Deedy Cowger Huffman, Paulina Cowger Goodman and Vanessa Davis Green; brothers James Cowger, Sr. and wife Joyce, and Doug Davis; nephews and nieces James Cowger II, Laura Cowger Gonzalez, Karen Cowger Boswell, April Thompson, and numerous great nephews and nieces.

Visitation will begin at 9:30am Monday, January 21, 2019 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Blessing. The Rosary will follow visitation at 10:30am. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00am with Fr. Gabriel J. Mensah officiating. Interment will follow at Hawley Cemetery. Pallbearers are Brad Thompson, Grayson Royce Cowger Huffman, James Cowger, Sr., James Cowger II, Ed Logan and Harry Cowger. Honorary pallbearers are Cody Thompson, Doug Davis, Garen Roecker and Keith Shuttlesworth.
