Obituary
Otheo Norris "Pete" Peveto, 73 of Sweeny, passed away Monday, September 25, 2006 at Sweeny Nursing Home. He was born December 4, 1932 in Choudurant, LA to Robert M. Peveto and Annie Lee Milford Peveto. Formerly of Bay City, he has been a resident of Sweeny for the past six years. He was a member of the Baptist Church and a US Air Force veteran of the Korean Era.
He is survived by stepdaughters: Gaynell Rodgers of La Port and Dorothy Keiborz of Beaumont; by his stepson: Calvin Jenkins of Bay City; by six children; and his brothers: A.D. Peveto of Carthage and Andrew Peveto of Sulphur, LA. He was preceded in death by his wife: Maudie Peveto; and his parents: Robert M. & Annie Peveto.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck.
