Natividad Longoria, Jr., 79, of Blessing passed away September 8, 2015. He was born September 3, 1936 in Kennedy, TX to the late Natividad Longoria, Sr. and Petra De la Cruz Longoria. He retired from Precinct 4 in Matagorda County and was a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus Member.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Elvira Carrillo. Survivors include his wife Dorotea Longoria of Blessing; daughter Norma Zavala & husband Jose of Blessing; son Natividad Longoria III of Blessing; sister Emma Reyes of Markham; brothers Sylvester Longoria of Blessing, Adam Longoria and Johnny Longoria both of Bay City; grandchildren Natividad Longoria IV, Natalie, Felicia, Rebecca, and Jeannette; and great grandchildren Desiree, Adam, Fabian, Makyla, Joselynn and Jose Louis.

A rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM Thursday, September 10, 2015 at St. Peter's Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM Friday at St. Peter's Catholic Church with Rev. Peter Yeboah-Amanfo officiating. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Louis Longoria, James Longoria, Steven Shimek, John Sosa, John Cotton and Juan Sandoval. Honorary pallbearers will be Moises Prado and Gary Vega.
