Moses Zamora Sr. 89, of Markham Texas, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2025.  He was born January 13, 1936 to Francisco Zamora and Angelita R. Zamora in Bay City Texas.

He is remembered by his family as a hard worker who enjoyed collecting tools just in case he ever had to work on anything he would have it, and spending time outside making sure his yard looked nice. He enjoyed sitting on the front porch with his dog buddy enjoying the afternoon breeze. His last days were surrounded by family who loved and cared deeply for him. He will be forever missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents Francisco and Angelita Zamora and son Moses Zamora Jr. He is survived by his wife Lucinda Perez Zamora, son Richard Zamora (Genoveva), his daughters Eva Zamora Rodriguez (Brian) and Angie Zamora Villarreal, grandson Moses Zamora III, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM with Pastor Luis Alvarado officiating.  Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Martin Zamora, Fidel Pesina, Michael Perez, Lee Zamora, Christopher Zamora and Seth Michael Morales.
