MILDRED KATHLEEN "KAY" McGEE , 81, of Bay City died December 28, 2005 at Matagorda General Hospital in Bay City. She was born March 21, 1924 in Lebanon, MO to the late Bennett Virgil and Bertie Jo Miles Brown. Mrs. McGee was a resident of Bay City since 1999 and a former longtime resident of Lebanon, MO. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include: daughter: Barbara Sue Easter of Lebanon, MO; 2 sons and a daughter-in-law: Edward Leon McGee and Gary Don & Cathy McGee all of Bay City; 6 grandsons: Donald, Brian, & Shawn Allman all of Lebanon, MO, Jeff Allman of Orlando, FL, Les McGee of Freeport, and Cody McGee of Bay City; and by 1 great granddaughter: Kayla Allman of Lebanon, MO. She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford D. McGee.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 3, 2006, at the Holman - Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon, MO. Interment will follow at the Lebanon Cemetery in Lebanon, MO.
