Obituary
Mildred Sadie Daugherty, 84, of Matagorda passed away November 1, 2015. She was born August 10, 1931 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late John Heselbach and Mildred Taylor Heselbach. She served her country in the US Army and later worked at a Lab Tech at Matagorda General Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles H. Daugherty and a son Charles K. Daugherty. Survivors include daughters Lynn Daugherty of La Porte, TX, Docia Phillips of Wilberton, OK, Gloria Pfaff of Matagorda, Susan Davis of Wilberton, OK, Eileen Stout of Daisy, OK and Melanie Wolf of Arlington, TX; son Michael Daugherty of Matagorda; 29 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 4, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church in Matagorda. Following the service she will be cremated according to her wishes.
