Matthew Ryan Garcia passed peacefully in the arms of his parents on August 30, 2009. Matthew Ryan was born on August 20, 2009. He was only here a short while and he touched the lives of all of his friends and family.

He is survived by his parents Larry, Jr. & Monica Kay Garcia; maternal grandparents Agapito, Sr. & Emma Rodriguez; paternal grandparents Steven & Carrie Palmer and Larry, Sr. & Lucille Garcia; Aunts & Uncles Greg & Michelle Schulz, Agapito, Jr. & Cassandra Rodriguez, Mandi Rodriguez, Joey & Mel Garcia, Ashley Garcia & Edward Perez, and Melanie Guzman. He is also survived by numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 6pm to 8pm Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Thursday, September 3, 2009 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church with Rev. Tom Morgan officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
